Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of 14. She was a boxer, fighter in kickboxing BJJ, and wrestling. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd in 16 seconds and ended her winning streak. After a short break her return to the ring and finished Yana Kunizkaya at UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. She was replaced by took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
